1. Cases in which goods can be returned

- The product is broken or deformed during transportation.
- Product is damaged due to shipping and storage errors.
- The actual product does not match the parameters such as size, color, shape... as the product the customer ordered.
- The product does not match the information posted on the website such as images, colors, ingredients, etc.

2. Regulations on returning goods

- For customers who buy directly, the validity period for returning goods is 7 days starting from the day the customer receives the goods. After 7 days, we will not accept exchange.
- Customers also retain information about the products they have purchased from us such as sales invoices, delivery records, and warehouse delivery notes.
- The product must have the original box, tags, and original packaging intact when the customer receives the goods.
- The product has no signs of being used. In case the product is found to be used, we have the right to refuse to return it to the customer.

3. Exchange/refund method
Depending on the reason for returning the product and the results of quality assessment at the warehouse, we will have methods to exchange/refund within 7 days with details as follows:
- Exchange for a new product of the same type (we will pay shipping costs)
- Bank transfer according to the information you provide
- Cash refund directly at the office
- In case the customer wants to exchange the purchased product for an alternative product (included in the regulations on returning goods), please contact the Company directly.
